I will be in Port Elgin all next week and will have some time to kill I am from windsor and was wondering if any one could tell me where to shore fish and what tackel i will need or tips I would be thankful 2x i have tried in the marina and under the bridge in sauganeen shores?

Jerry, Fishing in the river for steelhead has been very good. Suggest you bring waders or at least good boots. Casting small sthingys and spinners works, but most are taken on drifting spawn bags either float fishing or bottom bouncing. It would be a good idea to do some scouting. Lots of spots to access the river on both sides from Denny's dam down to the mouth. Kincardine north side break wall at the end has been good as well using hardware like little cleo's etc. Good luck Brian
